I had to share this...
A saucer, a cup, and a bowl.
Who thought they could be this cute? Obviously too cute for me to pass by at the an antique shop last weekend (although I doubt its an antique). I have the original box, but it doesn't say who makes it - the box only says "3 piece children's set" and the stickers on the bottom note that they are made in Japan. Of course something this cute comes from Japan.
I bought it because I saw a similar set, a cute little girl set, on a blog recently. I can't for the life of me remember which blog (If anyone knows, please leave a comment). I remembered the style and how long it took the writer to find the separate pieces so I picked it up.
I really have no idea what I'm going to do with it. My daughter is still to young to enjoy it and I'm not especially attached to it. If anyone knows of a good home, I'd entertain selling it. Just comment and let me know.

Very, very cute. Unfortunately I think I need a bigger house before I can gather any more stuff. So frustrating!
that is such a cute set! i think i saw something very similar at 'little birds', but i am not sure.
what a nice surprise to find your blog! full of beauty.
Very cute. I just gave away a free girl set. I figured that it would be more used/appreciated/cherished by a little girl than my teenage daughter.
It's actually a pretty common (albeit super cute) design, I've seen the mug+bowl combo a lot at my local Japanese grocer. And here's some more:

It's a shame your daughter can't use it yet. I'm hoping to get mine one when she's older too. Beautiful find, the design is super.
